About Michelle
Michelle Murchison left the corporate world after fifteen years to write children’s books that include, inspire, and validate kids with scars and disabilities.
A true “robogirl,” Michelle was diagnosed with arthritis at just eighteen months old and has lived in chronic pain ever since. She received her first total joint replacement, her left knee, at sixteen and now has five titanium joints, and three joint fusions, just to name a few. She is the mother of two magical kids and wife of a heavily tattooed, soft-hearted man. She lives in Charlotte, NC where she was born and raised.
